A Discord Ticket Bot Your Support Team Will Actually Use
Button-based ticket panels, custom intake forms, staff assignment, and full transcripts — plus an AI knowledge base that can answer common questions before a human ever needs to.
Support tickets on Discord usually mean a wall of open channels nobody can keep track of. Mayor's Bot's ticket system uses a clean button panel, asks whatever intake questions you configure, and routes to the right staff role automatically.
Every ticket gets archived with a full transcript when it closes, so nothing is lost when the channel gets deleted. Pair it with the AI module's knowledge base and repetitive questions get answered instantly, even outside business hours.
What It Does
Ticket panels — a persistent button in any channel that opens a private ticket thread or channel for the member.
Custom intake questions — ask whatever you need up front (issue type, order number, etc.) via a Discord modal form.
Staff role assignment — automatically pings and grants access to your designated support role.
Transcripts & archives — every closed ticket is saved with a full message transcript for later reference.
AI knowledge base — optionally connect an AI-powered FAQ so common questions get answered automatically before a human steps in.
